Four candidates who align with 50501 Savannah's mission to uphold the Constitution and end executive overreach are running to represent Georgia’s 1st Congressional District in the U.S. House of Representatives. They will compete against one another in the primary election on May 19, 2026. The winner will run against the Republican nominee in the general election on Tuesday, November 3, 2026. This election has huge consequences in the fight against authoritarianism. 

Over the next 10 weeks, 50501 Savannah will interview these candidates once per week. Each will answer the same question within a five-minute time limit. Their responses will be shared on our website, social media, and YouTube channel.
